Minor Problems
There is a known outage for our Wireless customers in the Forfar area where customers are able to connect but not surf. Network Operations is aware and field techs are currently at location repairing the problem. There is no estimated time of repair. Minor Problems
Our phone system is currently having problems. As a result we are unable to receive incoming calls to our office. We are working on restoring phone service as soon as possible. In the short term, we can be reached via email at support@wtccommunications.ca

Minor Problems
On Saturday November 26th between 12:01 am and 4:00 am we will be performing upgrades to routers and switches in our 900 Portsmouth office. During this time there will be intermittent outages to Internet connectivity only for clients with collocated servers. Voice and Internet (DSL, Cable, Wireless) should not be affected by this outage, but you may experience problems when trying to view our website or access your email hosted with WTC.
