All WTC bundles include HighSpeed modem at no extra cost, 4 cents/minute long distance in North America, 24 hours a day, worldwide access to your email with WTC WebMail, and up to 11 free email addresses at no extra charge.
No upfront transfer fees for Phone+6Meg Bundle when you switch your phone service from another provider to WTC. We require proof that your account is in good standing with your current provider. If you are unable to provide documentation indicating that your account is up to date, we may, at our discretion, request a security deposit.
First month's service is payable in advance.
WTC 60 Day No-Risk Guarantee applies to performance issues affecting your phone or internet service. Any disruption in your services must be reported to WTC Technical Support staff immediately. Should we be unable to correct the issue, at our discretion, your account will not be subject to the usual $100 Early Termination fee.
WTC Home Phone and HighSpeed are available only where technology permits. Prices are based on a 12-month contract. Early termination is subject to $100 fee.
