"The switch was easy" just as the radio promotional ads state. Your service is amazing. I called a couple of times at the beginning for help with internet settings and there was virtually no wait time and the person I talked to was very easy to understand and pleasant. In fact one other time I had to call and the operator remembered talking to me!

The best thing about your service is....you are like the Maytag repairman.... I haven't had to call and experience your service since my initial set up!
