"Why I love WTC !
In short, my wireless router lost all its settings and I was unable to
connect to the net. After a couple of restarts, I phoned WTC Support and was quickly speaking to
Clarke who diagnosed the problem and talked me through the multiple menus to restore the settings!
Well done, Clarke, and well done, WTC !
