Thank you for calling Technical Support. Network status update, there is currently a dial tone and DSL internet outage affecting certain customers in the downtown Kingston area. This is due to a Bell outage caused by construction, we are aware of the issue, but there is presently no ETR at this time. If you are affected by this interruption, We appreciate your patience.

Network status update for Thursday, August 11th. We are still experiencing problems with 273 phone exchange, both incoming and outgoings calls being dropped. We are aware of this issue and are currently working to restore service. There is presently no ETR at this time. Thank-you for your patience.
