WTC's business offices in both Kingston and Westport will close at 2pm on Mon., Dec. 24, and reopen Thurs., Dec. 27th at 8am, however our Technical Support department will be available by phone, email or live chat during much of the holiday season. Many North Americans could lose internet access July 9 due to DNSChanger virus

On July 9, thousands of Canadians and hundreds of thousands of people worldwide could be without access to the internet after the FBI shuts down temporary DNS servers used to assist victims of a massive internet fraud ring.
All computers that still use these servers will meet a virtual brick wall on July 9 and be unable to connect to the internet until their computers are cleared of the associated 'DNSChanger' virus.

Upgrades to residential VoiceMail may require changes to your settings

Over the next few weeks, WTC will be upgrading your residential VoiceMail account to give you more features and an exciting new user interface. Once this upgrade is complete, you'll be able to log on to a central location to view, adjust and manage all of your optional phone features, such as Call Forwarding, Call Waiting or VoiceMail, 24 hours a day, right from your desktop.
