Watch out for SCAM surveys

Alert WTC customers have let us know that the scammy survey and prize pop-up windows are again appearing with increased regularity.

If you've never seen this scam, it most commonly happens when you're about to leave a website. At that time a pop-up window will appear, with the legitimate-looking headline, "Dear WTC Communications User!" or some variant therof. You're then tempted with a prize if you'd just take a few minutes to complete a survey. Don't be fooled—this isn't us!
