We have become aware of an issue affecting the new iPhone and iPad which prevents some users from retreiving their WTC email. If you're experiencing this issue, you will need to disable the SSL setting on your device in order to retrieve your emails. Follow these instructions:
- Select Settings on the device;
- Select Accounts and Passwords on left column;
- Select your email account;
- Click Account;
- Click Advanced;
The SSL switch will be here will be turned on. Turn it off, go back, and press done. Do not go back into Settings if mail works, as it may re-enable SSL.
