The well-being and safety of our customers and our employees is our top priority and will be at the heart of every decision we make. 


Here are some of the precautionary steps we’ve taken for our collective well-being:


  • We’re increasing the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts within our offices (especially in highly trafficked areas).

  • We're encouraging team members to stay home if they're feeling unwell.

  • We’re asking customers if they have travelled recently or had symptoms of illness before booking in-person appointments.

  • We're closely following guidelines from national health organizations and will take advice and next steps that are recommended to us.

  • We practice social distancing when possible and wash hands frequently.
