Upgrades to residential VoiceMail may require changes to your settings

What's New

Over the next few weeks, WTC will be upgrading your residential VoiceMail account to give you more features and an exciting new user interface. Once this upgrade is complete, you'll be able to log on to a central location to view, adjust and manage all of your optional phone features, such as Call Forwarding, Call Waiting or VoiceMail, 24 hours a day, right from your desktop.
To get access to this new feature, you will need to make some adjustments to your current VoiceMail settings. Our Technical Support staff will be contacting each of our VoiceMail subscribers to guide them through the process of converting to this new system, and making the conversion as simple as possible. If you haven't recently been contacted by WTC about this changeover, please contact WTC Technical Support to get up and running.

All of the VoiceMail adjustments must be made by March 31st. If we have not been able to contact you by this date, your account will be switched to the new system, and any saved messages on your phone will be erased. By contacting Technical Support, we can quickly and easily upgrade your VoiceMail account with no disruption to your access and answer any other questions you have.
