 Customers have alerted us to a fraudulent email appearing as "WTC Communications" however, it isn't us! Your security is of the utmost importance to us, and we want to ensure that you are aware of this potential threat.


Please do not click on any links in these emails. If you ever have questions about whether a webpage or document is legitimate, contact WTC Technical Support.

Here are a few important points to remember:

  1. Do Not Click the Link: Please do not click on any links or download any attachments from suspicious emails, even if they seem to be from WTC.

  2. Verify the Source: Legitimate communications from WTC will always come from official email addresses ending in "@wtccommunications.ca" If you are ever uncertain about the authenticity of an email, please contact our customer support immediately.

  3. Secure Your Account: If you have already clicked on the link and provided any sensitive information, we strongly recommend changing your password immediately. Additionally, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

  4. Report Suspicious Emails: If you come across any emails that seem suspicious or claim to be from WTC, please forward them to support@wtccommunications.ca so that we can investigate further.
