Setting up WTC TV2Go

For the initial registration you'll need your account number, which can be found at the top-right corner of your WTC bill. Both computer users and mobile device users need to complete this initial registration process. After completing the registration, mobile users must also download apps for the individual channels from the links on the right.

Step 1: From your web browser, go to www.watchtveverywhere.ca and select "WTC Communications" from the dropdown menu shown.

 

Click "Register"

 

Fill in the Registration page. The email address and password created here will be used to access all of the TV2Go channels. Once you've submitted this form, you will receive an email with a validation link.

 

Log in using the user name and password you created above. Once you're logged in, you'll see the channels available to watch everywhere. We're adding channels all the time, so check in frequently. We'll also notify you by email when new channels are added if you're signed up to receive WTC news.

 

Click on a channel to watch. In this case we've chosen History. You may be asked to once more indicate your TV provider. Find "WTC Communications" on the list, and select it.

 

 

Now that you're logged into a channel, simply choose what you'd like to watch and press the Play button.

A few notes: If you choose to watch TV on a mobile device using your home WiFi, you will be using data at the rate of between 700MB and 2GB per hour, depending on what quality settings you've chosen. If you have a limited data plan, you may want to upgrade to one of our Unlimited Data plans to allow you to use your WTC TV2Go on your home connection without extra data overage fees. Contact WTC Customer Service for details and pricing. Also, please note that not all networks provide access to live TV streams, but they do offer a large selection of their most popular programming.
