Our WTC SmartHub system allows you to manage your account, set up preauthorized credit card payments, make online payments, report service issues, check your billing history, and more! 

What do I need to do?

Simply go to our Self Serve site and register for Smart Hub online.


Log in to Self Serve



All you need is a copy of your last bill. If you don't have a copy of your last bill, simply call us a 613-547-6939 or send a request to billing@wtccommunications.ca and we'll be happy to register your account for eBilling instantly.

With this system, you receive a monthly e-mail once your current bill is ready to view in WTC SmartHub.

What happens then?

You will be able to view your bills online through our Smart Hub. When a new bill is ready you will be notified by e-mail. When you receive the e-mail you can then login, view, print or download your bill.
